Assisted Living Services and Fees

Enjoy apartment living set in a unique environment where all the comforts of home are complimented by the friendly assistance of skilled professionals. We’ll take care of the laundry, housekeeping and meals. In addition, you may receive professional assistance with managing tasks like personal hygiene and medications. Also, you will be just a short, indoor stroll from many of Twin Towers’ amenities, activities and programs.

Second Person Fee: $1,366
One-time Community Fee of $5,000 for all external admissions.

• Bathing and dressing assistance
• Personal laundry and towel service
• Housekeeping and bed linen changes
• Flexible meal plan, including 3 meals per day, and multiple dining venues
• Utilities: water, sewer, electricity, heating and air conditioning
• Local and long distance telephone service
• Upgraded cable package, including two campus channels
• High-speed internet, in-home and campus wide
• Interior and exterior home maintenance
• Appliance repair and/or replacement
• Lawn care, grounds keeping, and snow removal from walkways
• Insurance on the home structure and applicable property taxes
• Trash removal and recycling options
• 24-hour security, emergency response pendant, and 24-hour emergency response assistance
• Full calendar of events and programs including guest speakers, educational and recreational programs, off campus outings, and evening entertainment
• Membership to The Connection - Aquatic Center, Individual Fitness Center, and Movement/Education Room including individual training and instruction

• In home therapy services and on site therapy gym
• Pastoral Care services
• Priority access to on-campus memory support, nursing care, and rehabilitation (all private accommodations)
• Routine transportation for grocery and leisurely shopping, and private car for hire by appointment

Enhanced Service Fee (1-2 of the services listed below): $400 / month
Extensive Service Fee (3 of the services listed below): $535 / month
Skilled Nursing Services: $15 / day

Extensive assistance with dressing, Temporary medical dressing changes
Transportation to assisted living dining room - Medication administration
Diabetes management - Daily TED hose (on/off) - Daily bed making - Meal, event, and hygiene reminders

Memory Support Services and Fees

Designed specifically for residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias, the Memory Support neighborhood offers supportive services around the clock in a secure environment. Spacious common areas allow residents to experience a variety of programs and events in a group setting. Smaller, more intimate areas are available for quiet reflection, casual conversation or relaxing. Residents enjoy private rooms with private full baths. We focus on the individual needs of each resident to ensure the highest level of care and satisfaction. Fees are effective 1/1/24.

Daily Rate

Private Accommodations: $387
One-Time Community Fee of $5000 for all external admissions

Services Included:

• Primary care physician, psychiatrist, and podiatrist available for in house visits
• Assistance with dressing and bathing, self-care, attending meals, medication administration, as well as increased monitoring of health status
• Diagnostic services

We have availability in our memory support but not currently in regular AL (Assisted Living), but that could change next week since we are not on a wait list.
