LATE FEES & RETURNED CHECKS

* Charges not paid in full after the fifth of any month incur a $50.00 late fee plus $5.00 late fee per day until paid in full
* NSF Checks - $35.00 service fee. Late fees apply from fifth of month.

Rental Rates are subject to change as described in the Rental Agreement. Services rates, fees and deposits are subject to changes.

Extended Services

PET SERVICES

Available to Resident pets only
CAT / BIRD CARE $15 per day (2 check-in/feeding, 1 litter)
DOG CARE Walking $10 group $15 private
Supervised Play Group $10 per session
All Day / Overnight Care $ 45 & up per day (2 feedings / 3 outings)
Pet Services require a service agreement to be on file with the Business Office. All supplies and equipment for pet care must be provided by Resident including leashes, food, food & water bowls, etc. Overnight and All Day care available in Resident apartment only.

HOUSEKEEPING ADDITIONAL SERVICES

PERSONAL LAUNDRY $15 per load
PAMPERED SERVICE PACKAGE $175 PER MONTH
DRY CLEANING Pickup and delivery at Concierge Office. Billed direct from local dry cleaning service.

GUEST MEALS

BREAKFAST (7:00 am - 10:45 am) $10.00 per ticket
LUNCH / DINNER (11:00 am - 8:00 pm) $13.00 per ticket
HOLIDAY / SPECIAL OCCASION Varies
ROOM SERVICE $5.00 per tray
CATERING for parties or special events available upon request. Our Dining Supervisor can coordinate menus and locations. Prices vary with request.

Guest meal tickets may be purchased at the business office or through direct reservation / order via the Tenant In-House Reservations System. Guest meals include one entree. Additional entree requests require an additional ticket. Guest meal tickets do not include any alcoholic beverages. Drink tickets may be purchased separately. Twin Creeks reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or to ask a guest to leave the dining room for any reason.
