Overview of Staff and Training

We have a diverse team of professionals who undergo comprehensive training at our facility. This includes initial onboarding as well as continuous education to ensure the highest standard of care. Topics covered include health care, safety, and resident well-being.

We also conduct monthly meetings with our care staff on various health care and safety topics to keep them updated on best practices and evolving standards.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents through frequent checks throughout the day, and a sign-in/sign-out procedure when residents leave and return to the community.

Resources and Support Services for Transition

To aid residents' transition into the community, we connect them with a neighbor to help them acclimate. Additionally, new residents receive extra attention from care staff until they feel comfortable in their new environment.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation services twice a week to local doctor's offices, ensuring residents have access to necessary medical appointments.

Dining Experience

We provide three hot meals a day, prepared by a professional chef and staff. Residents also have access to a weekly alternative menu. We welcome you to join us for a meal to experience our dining services firsthand.

Complaint and Issue Resolution Process

If a resident has a complaint or issue, they can fill out a grievance form at any time. Our Director will meet with them to address and resolve their concerns promptly.

Communication with Resident's Families

We have an open-door policy for residents and their Powers of Attorney (P.O.A.’s). Communication with the P.O.A. is maintained actively to address any issues or concerns. To keep families updated about their loved ones' well-being, we also offer monthly care plan meetings.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do offer short-term or respite stays in our Assisted Living facility at a rate of $220 per day.

Pet-friendly Policy

Our community is pet-friendly, welcoming residents to bring their furry friends along.

Waitlist Status

Currently, we do not have a waitlist for new residents.

Vaccination Availability

At present, our residents visit their doctors' offices to receive Covid and flu vaccinations.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place as we offer additional care support as needed. Our community also provides in-house therapy, dermatologist, podiatry, dental services, and many other services to meet residents' needs.
