Twin Cedar Senior Living is a multiple Award-winning personal care home offering 24-hour personalized assistance with care and supervision with all the comforts of home. Our home is located on 16+ acres in a tranquil country setting and cozy environment, giving our residents the perfect atmosphere of socialization, relaxation, and peace of mind. Services we offer are as follows:

• Personal Care and assistance with activities of daily living covering multiple levels of care.
• Medication administration and management.
• Onsite nursing staff.
• Memory care support and supervision.
• Weekly and as needed visits from our in-house physician and specialists.
• 24/7 Supervision by our onsite caring and compassionate staff.
• Onsite physical, occupational and speech therapies.
• Onsite psychotherapy services available
• Onsite clinical testing.
• Coordination of all levels of medical care.
• Daily laundry, housekeeping and maintenance services.
• 3 Delicious and nutritious meals served daily with a variety of healthy snacks and beverages available throughout the day. All approved by a registered dietician.
• A full life enrichment/activity program catered to our Residents. Program includes social, physical, creative, educational, cultural, seasonal, and spiritual activities.
• Twin Cedar Wellness Program which includes exercise, yoga, and healthy cooking classes with guidance from a registered dietician.
• Scheduled trips within the community such as community events, shopping, and other activities.

Care Levels

All residents are carefully assessed by our Resident Care Director on an ongoing basis to ensure that all residents needs are met.

Care Level 1

Minimal supervision is required with activities of daily living.

Care Level 2

Monthly Rate

Includes Care Level 1 services and the following:

Minimal assistance and cueing is required with activities of daily living such as showering, bathing, grooming, dressing and oral care.

Care Level 3

Includes Care Level 2 Services and the following:

Assistance with mobility and continual hands-on assistance when needed with activities of daily living such as showering, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral care.

Care Level 4

Includes Care Level 3 Services and the following:

Assistance with transferring and continual hands-on assistance with activities of daily living such as showering, bathing, grooming, dressing, eating and denture care. Extensive assistance with toileting and continence care.

Care Level 5

Includes Care Level 4 services and the following:

Physical assistance with mobility/ambulation. Requires extensive nursing care which can include wound dressing changes, catheter care and/or colostomy care.

Respite Care

All rates are inclusive of care. No additional care charges will be added. Respite is available for a minimum of 7 to 30 days. No Community fee required.

Adult Day Care

• Hourly Rate for Half Day $22.00

All rates are inclusive of care and activities. No additional care charges will be added. Adult Day Care is available for a minimum of 3 to 5 days. No Community fee required.

Additional Care Services

In addition to Twin Cedar’s fees, a bill will be sent out separately and directly from the pharmacy. Toiletries, incontinence products, latex gloves and personal care products are also available through the pharmacy and can be delivered with mediation to the facility.

Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies

These services are covered under Medicare. Twin Cedar does frequent assessments to ensure all residents get the therapy they need. Therapy services can be provided daily.

Community Fee

All move-ins must pay a onetime, non-refundable fee of $1,500. This fee goes directly towards setting up a new resident’s suite and processing their admission.
