Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training

Our community is staffed with a diverse range of professionals, including servers, housekeepers, drivers, and more, all of whom undergo a thorough background check before being trained onsite through a buddy program. Our director's team consists of 7 key members: an Executive Director, Director of Sales, Business Office Manager, Executive Chef, Activities Director, Director of Environmental Services, and Fitness Director, who lead and manage the community.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we offer several safety features, including a 24-hour concierge service. This service is available for any questions or concerns, conducting wellness checks twice daily. If a resident is not seen or heard from twice a day, one of our directors will personally check on them.

Transition Support Services

We provide a welcome committee and a thorough new resident orientation to ensure a seamless transition into our community, covering all essential aspects of community life.

Transportation Services

Transportation services are available every day from 8 AM to 5 PM, facilitating residents' mobility and independence.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience includes one gourmet meal daily, with our dining room open from 11 AM to 7 PM.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Any complaints or issues are directly addressed with our Executive Director to ensure prompt and effective resolution.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community varies based on apartment size and location, ranging from $4,600 to $9,500 monthly, with options from studios to 1,700 sq ft patio homes.

Communication with Residents' Families

We utilize various communication methods, including an application called Connected Living and a service called Voice Friend, to keep families updated. Private information or concerns are communicated directly by our Executive Director to the resident’s family or loved ones.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Due to high occupancy, we do not offer short-term or respite stays.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

Waitlist Information

While we do have a waitlist, openings are available; the waitlist is primarily for specific units or views.

Vaccination Services

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.

Yes, residents can age in place, thanks to our partnership with a 3rd party homecare company that provides in-home care.

Apartment Features and Amenities

Each apartment in Tuscany comes equipped with a full-size kitchen, laundry room, and a choice of either a patio or balcony, providing the comforts and conveniences of home. Tuscany provides all the necessary appliances for both the kitchen and laundry. The monthly rent is comprehensive, including weekly housekeeping and linen service, transportation, utilities, basic cable, maintenance, and one gourmet meal a day. For those interested, a second meal plan option is available to every resident, ensuring flexibility and satisfaction in dining preferences.
