Overview of Professional Staff and Training

We have 24/7 Caregivers/CNA’S/LPN’S/MED TECHS—They do an in-house company orientation as well as Relias computer training to be completed prior to them getting on the floor. A TB shot is required as well as a Level 2 Background.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Care Staff 24/7, LPN 24/7… we have grab bars in the bathroom, alert buttons in bathrooms, and a pendant/watch is given to each resident upon moving in to the community that they are to press when assistance is needed. We also will call 911 in the event of the nurse doing an assessment and if he/she feels it is necessary.

Transportation Services

Tuesday and Thursday doctor appointment transportation, transportation to outside events that are on the monthly calendar.

Dining Experience

It is ALL day dining… 7am to 6:30pm a resident can come down and order a meal from the dedicated dining room staff.

Grievance forms are filled out and given to the Executive Director to handle.

The Executive Director stays in touch with families via email blasts, as well as the Wellness Director who does assessments on residents.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are. $750.00 one-time nonrefundable pet fee, and if the resident is in need of assistance with their pet, there is a monthly pet fee as well.
