Waitlist and Room Availability

Our Skilled Nursing facility currently has a waitlist of approximately one year for a semi-private Medicaid bed and 4 to 6 months for a private room. In contrast, our Assisted Living facility does not have a waitlist at this time, with both semi-private and private rooms available. Additionally, we offer Memory Care services within our Assisted Living facility.

Staffing and Safety

We are staffed with RNs, CNAs, and Med Tech licensed staff, ensuring high-quality care for our residents. Safety is a paramount concern, but we also emphasize the importance of our residents enjoying the outdoor areas. Transportation is provided for our Rehab residents, and for our Long Term residents, the cost details are provided in the attached information.

Dining Experience

Each level of care area in our facility has its own dining rooms. We take pride in making dining experiences enjoyable for our residents, catering to their preferences and dietary needs.

Communication and Accessibility

Accessibility to staff is ensured on each hall, and we maintain open lines of communication with our residents and their families through a Text Call’em All System.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed to visit but cannot stay. We understand the importance of pets in our residents' lives and encourage visits to maintain these valuable connections.

All-Inclusive Facility

As an all-inclusive facility, we seamlessly transition residents to the next level of care when their care needs change, ensuring continuity and comfort in their care journey.
