Private Pay Rates

Our private pay rates are $230 per day for a semi private room and $335 per day for a private room.

Staffing and Supervision

Traymore is staffed with certified nursing aides, medication aides, LVNs, and RNs. They are under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing and the two Assistant Director of Nursing who provides training and guidance in accordance with State guidelines. The Director of Nursing also schedules COVID, Flu, and Pneumonia vaccination clinics periodically.

Patient Advocacy and Support

In addition to the clinical staff, Traymore has a Social Worker who advocates for patients if they have complaints. If a patient has a complaint, then staff members will complete the grievance form. The Administrator will address all complaints. The Social Worker also assists with discharge planning. She can assist with finding placement and ordering equipment to ensure a smooth transition to the community. The Social Worker also schedules care plans periodically to discuss patients’ care with their families.

Facility Services

As for the facility itself, we provide 3 meals a day with snacks in between. We accommodate most diets such as vegetarian, pureed, liquid diet, and tube feeding. We also provide transportation for medical appointments via wheelchair van. Our private pay rate for 2024 is $230 per day for a semi private room and $335 per day for a private room. We offer short term rehab, long term care, and respite stay. We do not have a waiting list at this time.
