Types of Professionals on Staff and Training

We have Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN’s), and Registered Nurses (RN’s) at our community, providing 24-hour nursing and caregiving services. Our facility is completely staffed without the use of any agency staff.

Safety and Well-being Measures

All employees undergo a thorough background check, including a sex offender background check and a State of Tennessee check, to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.

Support Services for Resident Transition

Our caregivers receive training in dementia care, and we also offer a support group for them to aid in the transition of residents into the community.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation services for our residents via a community bus.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is restaurant-style, with meals for lunch and dinner resembling a Cracker Barrel style. The dining room remains open all day, offering a variety of options on the menu.

Complaint Resolution Process

Resident council meetings are held monthly, with managers from each department present to document and address any complaints. Solutions are communicated at the next meeting. Residents can also discuss concerns directly with the Executive Director.

Cost of Living

Assisted Living studios start at $3,900. Each resident is assessed by the Wellness Director to determine their daily care needs, including medication management, bathing, grooming, cueing, and assistance with bathroom activities.

Communication with Families

We keep families updated on the well-being of their loved ones through emails, phone calls, and text messages.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We do not offer respite care currently as we are completely full in both assisted living and memory care.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community, with a $500 pet fee and a $50 monthly fee. Residents must provide care for their pets, which must weigh no more than 25 pounds and have up-to-date vaccinations and a vet letter as proof.

Waitlist Status

Currently, we do not have a waitlist.

Vaccinations

Flu and pneumonia vaccinations are available for residents through our pharmacy, requiring a signed consent form or waiver.

Age in Place

Residents have the option to age in place within our community.
