Overview on Types of Professionals on Staff and Training
We have an RN and LPN on call 24/7. We have nursing aids here 24/7. We provide ongoing, up-to-date training for all staff members to ensure they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.Safety and Well-Being Measures
We are a locked building and require a key or authorization to enter. There is a staff member at the front desk from 8-8 on weekdays and 9-5 on weekends. Additionally, we conduct daily wellness checks for our assisted living residents to ensure their safety and well-being.Resources and Support Services for Transition
We have a resident council and floor representatives who greet new residents to aid in their transition into the community.Transportation Services
Our community has a bus for weekly shopping trips and other activities. However, the bus is not available for personal appointments.Dining Experience
We offer three meals a day. Residents are free to have as much or as little as they want. Additionally, residents can purchase individual meals if they do not want to subscribe to a meal plan.Complaint or Issue Resolution Process
