Overview of Staff and Training
In regard to the clinical staff, all are licensed CNA’s, QMA’s, LPNs, and RNs. We have a Nurse Practitioner, Physician, and Dentist who also are available to our residents. All staff are licensed and trained for their specific roles and receive annual training to remain up-to-date on all professional requirements.Safety and Well-being Measures
We are staffed 24/7 with clinical and maintenance staff. We have security systems, cameras, and procedures to ensure the campus is safe. We do training and drills for emergency scenarios as well.Resources and Support Services for Transition
We work with companies who can assist with downsizing, moving, and designing the space for our new residents. We also have a resident welcome committee who meets with new residents and helps them to acclimate to life at our community.Transportation Services
Yes, we have scheduled transportation and group transportation with a fleet of vehicles.Dining Experience
Each service area has its own designated dining options available. The Retirement Center has the RC Café, Carriage Dining Room, and Fireside Grille for dining options. Monthly service fees include dining dollars to be used in the dining options. Residents are all able to order from a large menu and are served in our restaurants just like going out to eat. Guests and families are welcome to join as well.Complaint or Issue Resolution Process
The first step would be to meet with the department manager of the area of concern. If you are not comfortable with that, then meeting with the Executive Director would be the next step. We have a formal grievance process.Cost of Living

The Towne House Retirement Community has 22 floor plans with individual pricing based on the size, location, and style of apartment selected. We also have two entrance fee options or month-to-month rental agreements available. Once you have reviewed the plans you would like please let me know and I will get you set pricing for each option.
Independent Living Options
We have Prairie Landing, Chapman's Crossing, and the Retirement Center available for Independent Living Options.
Care Services
Care services are ala carte and are based on an individual’s care needs within the Retirement Center. These would be the assisted living services. We have both Memory Care Assisted Living and Long-Term Memory Care Options on our campus as well.
