Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our staff is trained for their various roles within their respective departments. All of our services are non-medical, but we have third-party services on-site, including Mid-South Rehab, nurse practitioners and nurses with Hope Primary Care, and various caregiving services.

Measures for Resident Safety and Well-being

Apart from the mentioned services, we have a mobile emergency response system similar to Life Alert. Residents have a pendant or bracelet they can use to signal an emergency, which alerts us to their location in the building.

Resources for Resident Transition

We offer a welcome ambassador program to help new residents acclimate. Current residents volunteer to introduce new residents to different activities and community amenities.

Dining Experience

We provide a restaurant-style dining experience with two dining venues offering three meals a day.

Process for Addressing Resident Complaints

Residents often communicate directly with our executive for any issues they want addressed. We also have a resident council that meets with our executive director monthly to discuss community improvements based on resident feedback.

Policy on Communication with Families

We contact family members when we observe a change in behavior or physical ability, offering recommendations for support. Families are also notified in case of emergencies.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays at $150/night for up to 30 days. All regular lease agreements are month-to-month with a 30-day notice at any time and for any reason.

Current Availability

We have 13 different floor plans, ranging from studios to 2-bedroom deluxe units. Several floor plans have current availability, but not all.

Vaccination Availability

Residents can receive COVID and flu vaccinations, as well as other vaccinations, through Hope Primary Care.

Aging in Place

Yes, we have various third-party care solutions that allow residents to age in place.
