Community Details

Overview of Professionals and Training
Our staff receives regular training classes and seminars throughout the year. On staff, we have Care Partners, Medication Technicians, RN, 2 - LPNs, 2 - Resident Care Coordinators. In addition, there are various office and leadership staff including our Administrator, Business Office Director, Life Enrichment Director, Community Relations Director, Dining Services Director, Kitchen Staff, Maintenance Director, Maintenance Assistant, Concierge, Weekend Concierge, and Transportation Driver.Safety and Well-Being Measures
Our residents are of the utmost importance. There are many checks and balances to make sure all residents are taken care of in a timely manner and that everyone is safe in their apartments or out in the community. Also, our residents wear a safety pendant that they can use to call care staff if they need anything. The pendant has a kind of GPS system that can tell us where a resident is at in the building if they hit their pendant.Transition Support Services
We offer an ambassador program that we use to help residents get familiar with our community and meet other residents. Our Ambassadors are made up of residents who volunteer their time for our new residents and also our community events.Transportation Services
We offer transportation to medical appointments and our Life Enrichment team has scheduled outings for residents.Dining Experience
Residents are provided 3 meals a day/7 days a week. We encourage our residents to dine in the dining room but understand that that’s not always possible so meals can get delivered at an additional cost in our Assisted Living building. Meals cannot get delivered to our Independent Living Cottage residents. In our dining room, our residents are served restaurant-style, meaning that once residents are seated a kitchen server will meet with them at their table to take their order.Complaint Resolution Process
If a resident has a complaint or an issue they can let a staff member know and we will pass the complaint on to our Wellness Director or Administrator to investigate.Cost of Living
I’ve attached the Price Sheet for you to review.Communication with Resident's Families
We have a scheduled meeting quarterly called a Care Conference, where we will meet with the resident and family to discuss health status, issues, and any follow-ups. But families are more than welcome to check in any time. We will also notify family if we sense there may be a health concern.Short-Term or Respite Stays
Yes, we do. Price is on the attached Rate Sheet.Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, we are.Waitlist Status
We have a waitlist for our Independent Living Cottages.Covid and Flu Vaccinations
We are not currently offering vaccinations in our community.Aging in Place
Residents can age in place. There are special circumstances when that may not be possible; for example, needing to move to a memory care community or needing a higher level of care such as from Skilled Nursing. For pricing & availability call (866) 204-9238
