Our staff at Thrive is required to receive NIDE certification (National Institute of Dementia Education) along with monthly continued education training. We emphasize consistent training to stay ahead in our field, ensuring we are well-equipped to serve our community. Our team, a close-knit family, is one of our greatest assets.

We provide 24-hour care at Thrive, adhering to several protocols, procedures, and state guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.

Transition Support Services

We offer resources like our FRAME onboarding process and the "Pairing of Passions" program to aid residents' transition into our community, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Transportation Services

Transportation is available based on event schedules and availability. We request families to schedule appointments in advance to utilize this feature effectively.

Dining Experience

Our residents enjoy three healthy, balanced, and nutritious meals daily, prepared by our Chef and kitchen team. Meals are served in our dining room, offering a communal and friendly atmosphere with options to cater to various preferences.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

We take residents' concerns seriously, encouraging them to share with our leadership team or trusted staff for quick and efficient resolution. Our Resident Council also plays a role in communicating issues to our Community President.

We maintain open communication with residents' families through monthly meetings and FAMILY emails, keeping them informed about their loved ones' well-being and community updates.

Currently, we do not offer short-term or respite stays due to the high demand for long-term care in our community.

Our pricing includes comprehensive care covering ADLs, housekeeping, laundry, and onsite physical therapy through Stout Medical. We aim to support our residents in staying active and overcoming obstacles. We encourage scheduling a tour and reserving a spot due to our waitlist and upcoming availability.
