Our Team
Being licensed as AL and MC, we have an Executive Director, Licensed Nurse, Sales Director, Maintenance Director, Business Office Manager, Resident Care Assistants, and Medication Technicians. Every staff member is required to have training upon hire and annually at a minimum.
Safety and Welfare
We as a community take the safety and welfare of our residents seriously. We have staff assigned to both AL and MC for all 3 shifts which make rounds to provide necessary assistance and monitor residents and the community environment. If any issues are identified, the Executive Director and/or Maintenance Director will be notified and the issue written in the Maintenance Binder for needed repair. We also have our Emergency Preparedness Binder in manager offices and front lobby for easy access to staff and others in case of an emergency. We also train staff on this upon hire, any change, and annually.
Transportation Services
Yes, we offer transportation, per the Resident Handbook, it is free within a 15-mile radius and minimal outside of this range.
Culinary Services
Currently, our community contracts with Specialty Food Services for all our culinary needs. We provide three nutritious meals daily with other choices.
Complaint/Grievance Process
Our community has a complaint/grievance process that anyone can voice a concern without fear of retaliation. The Executive Director provides business cards with a cell phone number to anyone that wants it to include residents, families, and staff to be contacted 24/7 with any issues and will be addressed/resolved timely and documented as required.
Communication
Staff will communicate as needed with the resident and/or family to make necessary reports of any incident/accident or change of condition with their loved one. Other ways and types of communication include verbal while at the community, email, text, phone, or care plan.
Respite Care
Yes, we offer respite care. The cost for AL is $175 and for MC is $225.
Pet Policy
Yes, we are pet friendly with a deposit and monthly fee. Also, all vaccines must be kept current.
Vaccination Policy
We do provide flu vaccines but will usually send out to PCP or Pharmacy for COVID vaccine.
Aging in Place
Yes, we do assist with aging in place with the exception of safety and wellbeing of the resident. We currently do not have a waiting list.
