Our Comprehensive Care and Services
We have 24/7 nurses on staff, overseen by our nurse practitioner and medical director. Our services include in-house laundry, housekeeping, engagement assistance led by a director of engagement, and in-house physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We also have a master's level social worker and a partnered psychiatrist. All our staff are trained dementia care specialists, with monthly in-services covering various aspects of dementia care.
Safety and Security
Our facility is a secured unit designed for wandering, ensuring safety without the feeling of confinement. Our staff is trained in redirection and engagement to alleviate negative behaviors, utilizing a bio-psycho-social response. This includes a combination of activities, medication as needed, and clinical observation.
Transitional Programs and Family Support
We offer transitional programs like our Flex day program for new residents, facilitate family support groups, and organize outings for additional support. Our ADA-friendly bus ensures transportation needs are met, with costs detailed in our brochures.
Dining Experience
Our full dining experience includes all 3 meals with linens and china wear, served by our staff. Meals can be personalized to your loved one's preferences.
Leadership and Communication
Our leadership team, available through an open-door policy, addresses complaints or issues daily. We provide work cellphone numbers for direct communication and send regular updates to responsible parties, ensuring a transparent and responsive environment.
Costs
The cost is $350 per day for companion rooms and $440 per day for private rooms, all-inclusive except for a separate monthly incontinence fee of $700 and a one-time administrative fee of $10,000 upon move-in. Short term stays are available at $370 per day with no administrative fee.
Pet Friendly Community
We welcome pets and currently have 3 dogs, 3 cats, and 4 birds in our community.
Availability and Health Services
We currently do not have a waitlist and offer yearly in-house vaccination clinics for flu and COVID. Our services cater to the entire spectrum of dementia, allowing residents to age in place.

Silverado specializes in giving L.I.F.E (love, innovation, family, engagement) to those with Dementia. We offer purposeful age-appropriate activity programs that engage our residents and promote dignity and self-worth. Our 24/7 Licensed nurses provide all aspects of medical care which enables our residents to remain in our community until the end of their lives. Our administrative specialist, Sabrina, is a great asset to our community and can also help guide you through this process along with myself.

- Brain Health Program called “Nexus”. Based in evidence from trusted research studies, Nexus at Silverado is comprised of six pillars that connect social engagement and science.
