Overview on the Types of Professionals on Our Staff and Their Training
All our staff members go through a 2/3-day onboarding process prior to starting on the floor. After finishing that, our members will be set up with a trained preceptor prior to working alone. After staff has been with us for 60+ days, they are able to complete a few additional trainings to better help their experience and knowledge.
Measures to Ensure the Safety and Well-being of Our Residents
We have licensed CNA and Nursing staff on-site 24/7. CNA’s and nursing are doing hourly rounding on all hallways throughout the shift.
Resources and Support Services for Residents' Transition into the Community
Yes, we have a preacher and a therapist that can assist if needed. We also have a Family Ambassador program that our current family members are a part of. They can be a resource for loved ones that are moving a family member into the facility.
Transportation Services for Residents
Yes, we do have a campus bus that can take residents to and from appointments for a charge of $50.
Dining Experience
We have an open Breakfast from 7-9am. Monday-Friday we have a specialty item for breakfast. Lunch is served at Noon, and we have the option for an open salad bar for residents also. Dinner is served at 5pm. We serve our residents with family-style dining.
Process for Addressing Resident Complaints or Issues
If a resident has a complaint, we ask they speak to a member of the management team. That leader will then fill out a Concern Form. The chain of command will follow up on that complaint until it has been resolved with the resident.
Cost of Living in Our Community
Our Assisted Living rooms start at $3,319/MO and then we also have a large room that is $5,179/MO.
Policy on Communication with Resident's Families
Our nurses and staff communicate with family a lot. If anything were to be abnormal in their loved one’s daily routine, the nurse will call to give the family a heads up. We also have a Campus Facebook group that resident’s families can follow that shows what we do here at our campus throughout the week.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Yes, we offer short-term respite stays and Adult Day Services. Our Respite stays start at $169/day. Our Adult Day services are $22/hr.
Pet-friendly Community
Yes. If a resident wants to bring a furry friend with them, it does have to be approved by our ED before that resident can bring them in.
Waitlist Status
We currently do not have a waitlist for our Assisted Living. We do have a pretty long waitlist for residents needing long-term care and using Medicaid to pay for that stay.
Vaccination Options
Yes. When residents admit to our facility, they will have the options to select yes on their Immunization Consent form.
Aging in Place
Yes. We have a full-service skilled nursing side of the facility also.
