Monthly Training for Staff

We have RN’s, LPN’s, and Resident Assistance that receive monthly training - from handwashing to safe transfers, fire/disaster training.

Emergency Access for Residents

The residents that live in the Cottages have access to our Nursing staff should an emergency arise.

Introduction and Management Visits

We like to introduce the newest member to our community to their neighbors and our management team visits to ensure all things are going well.

Local Transportation and Activities

We offer local transportation and our Activity Director has several outings a month.

Dietary Services

Phil, our Dietary Manager, will meet with your dad to find out his likes and dislikes. There are always options at every meal to request an alternate meal, and if he would like anything between meals, just stop by the kitchen.

Addressing Concerns

Any concerns would be addressed to the Resident Manager.

Cost and Care Levels

Our cottage cost is $3637. If a resident living in the cottages begins to need more help and would need to move to our main house, the cost of a studio is $3,409 with an additional cost based on assessment by our Nursing Director. Level 1 is $1,673, with increments added for each level. The highest level of care, level 6, would be $5,389.

Resident Independence and Nursing Support

If a resident lives in the cottage, they are pretty independent. However, if there were to be a concern, our Nursing Director would most definitely reach out to the family.

Respite Stays

We do offer respite stays. Currently, we are offering $99 a day for the first 30 days. Our normal respite rate is $299 a day. Both rates include a studio and all 6 levels of care.

Pet-Friendly

Absolutely, we are pet-friendly.

Waiting List

We do have a waiting list for our cottages, but our main house does not have a waiting list.

Vaccinations

We are able to give the COVID-19 vaccination and flu vaccination at our community.

Aging in Place and Hospice Services

To age in place is our goal. We have residents who receive Hospice services.
