ASSISTED LIVING

At The Windsor, we recognize that each person has individual needs and preferences. With this in mind, we offer each resident a flexible service combination we call Tailored Services. The combination of the Base Monthly Service and the Tailored Services designed for you result in your monthly Tailored Pricing. This unique plan provides you with the most individual personal service in the most cost-effective manner.

The Base Service Includes:

• Private apartment purposefully designed to promote independence
• Engaging life enrichment activities and experiences
• Weekly housekeeping, linen services, and apartment maintenance
• Three restaurant-style meals prepared by an on-site chef and snacks/beverages throughout the day
• Electric, water, and trash
• 24-hour access to staff
• Scheduled transportation

Tailored Services Include:

• Specialized diets
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care
• Mobility assistance
• Personal laundry service

Specialized tailored services for each resident are determined during the assessment process.

Monthly Base Rates:

Levels of Care:

• Level I Included
• Level II $ 415
• Level III $ 775
• Level IV $ 1,145
• Level V $ 1,545

Medication Assistance:

• Unit dose $350
• Non-unit dose $475

One-Time Fees:

• Community Fee $ 3,000
• Pet Fee $750

Other Rates:

A second person can enjoy all of the benefits of residency for only $ 1,050 per month.

All rates are monthly. Respite/short-term care may be available.

24-Hour Staffing

We have 24-hour staffing. We have emergency pendants and pull cords. What specific question do you have?

Transition Program

We have our 100 hrs/100 days program to ensure the smoothest possible transition for new residents.

Transportation Services

We provide scheduled transportation to and from local doctor’s appointments.

Gold Leaf Dining Program

Our Gold Leaf Dining program is second to none - we provide restaurant-style dining with an onsite chef.

Grievance Policy

We have a Grievance Policy. We would first have them address their concerns to the appropriate department head and if the issue is not corrected, they can fill out a Grievance form that would go to the Residence Director.

Information Sharing

It depends on if the resident gives us permission to share their information with family or if the family have POA and Health Care Surrogate etc.

Respite Care

We offer Respite on a case-by-case basis.

Pet Friendly

We are pet friendly!

Wait List

We do not currently have a wait list.

LNS License

We have an LNS license. It allows us to provide some additional services like insulin for diabetics, oxygen, foley caths, etc.
