Overview of Staff and Training

Our staff consists of various professionals who undergo comprehensive training at our facility. This includes computer training followed by hands-on training before they work independently on the floor with the residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we provide call lights for residents to use when they need assistance and conduct round-the-clock checks, tailored to the specific risks and needs of each individual.

Transition Support Services

We offer activities and ensure that new residents join others in the dining area to help them integrate into the community and get to know everyone.

Transportation Services

Transportation services are available two days a week, and we work closely with the local bus service. Our transportation is in high demand and operates on a set schedule.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is family-style, with four residents per table. We engage with residents to choose their preferred meals.

Resident Complaints and Issues

When a resident has a complaint or issue, we fill out a resident concern form. The relevant department then addresses and resolves the issue.

Communication with Residents' Families

Families can call anytime for updates on their loved ones. We also proactively contact families if there is any significant information or event that needs to be communicated.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays, with the cost varying depending on the duration and location of the stay within our community.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome to visit, provided they are up-to-date on all vaccinations. However, pets are not permitted to live in the community.

Vaccinations

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place, and we currently have availability in both our assisted living and memory care units.
