Professionals
The willow employs Nurses, Certified Med Techs, C.N.A.’s, Caregivers, Culinary Professionals, Maintenance and Housekeepers, and Life Enrichment Professionals
We also offer of 3rd party professionals including Skilled Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, CRNP, Psychiatrist, Primary Care Physician who comes weekly, Podiatry, Vision, and Dental.
Safety Measures
For measures we have a nurse call system. Each resident receives a pendant. Nursing staff check on residents every 2 hours. Our external doors are locked at 8pm. There is an external doorbell for any after hour needs. We are required to hold monthly fire drills in accordance with state regulations.
Transitioning to Our Community
Our team is dedicated to helping new residents to transition to our community. Our team is very friendly and helpful. Upon move in our operations team meet with each resident to welcome them and provide information on their department. We provide a Resident Handbook to each resident which includes a wealth of information to help with their transition.
Transportation Services
We do have transportation services for residents to medical appointments.
Dining Program
We have a new dining program called “A taste of Inspirit”. It includes fresh fruits and vegetables. Our menu has a variety to choose from as well as alternates that are always available. We do not cook with salt and use a special proprietary blend of herbs for seasoning to delight your pallet. We do have salt and pepper on the tables for your use if you desire.
Complaint Procedure
We have a complaint procedure which is outlined in our residency agreement. Our Executive Director and operations team is open and desires your feedback. We would ask you to contact the department director to give them an opportunity to resolve your concerns.
Open Door Policy
Our operations team has an open door policy. We communicate in person, utilize email and social media to keep you and your family informed. We also hold monthly Family fun nights, family council and monthly resident councils.
Short Term or Respite Stay
We do offer short term or respite stay. We ask for a minimum of 7 days to 30 days. Respite stays longer than 30 days may actually be more affordable with our month to month lease.
Pet-Friendly Community
We are a pet-friendly community. Pets who reside at the community are welcome. The resident must be able to independently care for the pet and indicate a “pet responsible party” to care for the pet in the event the resident becomes ill or hospitalized. The residency agreement as a specific pet addendum. As part of our Life Enrichment program we also have pet therapy. Families are also welcome to bring their pet for a visit as long as we are provided with a copy of the pet vaccination record.
Pharmacy Provider
We have a pharmacy provider which offers Flu and COVID vaccinations
Aging in Place
Our residents are able to age in place. We offer 6 levels of care and also partner with hospice providers which allows our residents to age in place. We currently have availability
