We are an Independent Living community and do not require any type of training.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We have pull cords in all bedrooms and bathrooms as well as 24/7 front desk staff to assess if necessary.

Resources for Transition into the Community

Yes, we have companies we can refer out to with help moving and downsizing. We also have a program for our staff to assist in their transition once they arrive as well as a resident ambassador program that serves the purpose.

Transportation Services

Yes, we do offer transportation within a 15 mile radius.

Dining Experience

We offer 3 freshly prepared meals daily served restaurant style.

Complaint or Issue Resolution

We have a suggestion box they can always put complaints in. They’re also always welcome to go directly to our Executive Director for a sit down conversation. We have a corporate number if they are wanting to go further with it.

Cost of Living

We have studio, one bedroom and two bedroom options. Our rates range from $2100 to $3025.

Communication with Residents' Families

We do keep our families up to date on our residents. We encourage an open door policy with our families.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do offer short term respite stays. The cost is based on the daily rate of the apartment.

Pet-friendly Policy

We are a pet friendly community, one pet per apartment no more than 30 pounds.

Yes, we have in house therapy services and third party resources that allow our residents to age in place comfortably.
