This pricing information was received through an email from the Sales Coordinator at The Waters On Mayowood via email on 2024-04-16.
Our rent includes all utilities, heating, cooling, water, sewer, garbage, cable television, Wi-Fi internet, house cleaning and an emergency call pendant for each resident. In addition, each apartment has a $200/month/apartment credit for food and beverage. We offer a full-service restaurant, along with a bistro, and two social, happy hours weekly. This credit can be used at any of those options.
There is an application fee of $1,000 to go on our active list. When offered an apartment that you like, this money will transfer and serve as a reservation deposit. Once you take possession of the apartment, this money will come off the first month’s rent as a credit. Should you decide you would like to be removed from the wait list, we do refund the entire fee back to you, so there is no chance you could lose the money.
