Overview of Staff and Training

We have care staff 24 hours a day and a nurse available in the community until 11 PM. Our Director of Nursing can provide more detailed information about the training that our care and nursing staff undergo at the community.

Safety and Well-being of Residents

All visitors are required to sign in at the concierge before entering the community to meet with our residents. After 6:30 PM, the second set of sliding doors gets locked, ensuring that any visitors after that time must be welcomed and escorted by one of our care staff.

Support Services for Residents' Transition

We have a resident ambassador program designed to help new residents get to know the community and other residents, assisted by one of our current residents. Additionally, our care and nursing staff are available to help new residents learn about the community and provide escort services if needed.

Process for Addressing Resident Complaints

Residents are welcome to bring their issues, concerns, or complaints to any of the department directors, including our Executive Director, at the community.

Cost of Living

The cost of living is determined by the apartment style you choose. We offer several different floor plans:

• Studio apartments: $4,245 - $5,350
• One Bedroom apartments: $5,855 - $6,100
• Two Bedroom apartments: $6,630 - $7,005

Communication with Residents' Families

Our staff will contact family members as preferred, whether by phone call, text, or email. Usually, they will reach out after a significant change in the resident's condition.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We do not offer respite stays.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

Current Availability

We do not currently have a waitlist and have studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments available.

Vaccinations

Yes, residents are able to get Covid-19 and flu vaccinations in the community.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place in our community.

About Our Community

My community is an Assisted Living and Memory Care located in the highly desirable city of Winter Springs, Florida just minutes from downtown Orlando and near the popular Cross Seminole Trail. Our residents are encouraged to be as independent as they want with the added benefit of having trained staff 24 hours per day to provide assistance if needed.
