Overview of Staff and Training

We have nursing staff available from 2 PM to 7 PM and caregivers present 24-7 to assist with any care needs in the Assisted Living facility.

Safety and Well-being Measures

For the safety and well-being of our residents, we have caregivers and nurses in the Assisted Living facility 24-7. Additionally, we have motion sensors in the Independent Living and call buttons for emergencies.

Transition Support Services

We can provide a list of movers and support services to aid residents' transition into the community upon deciding to move in.

Transportation Services

Yes, we offer transportation services for residents. More details can be provided upon discussion about the types of transportation services available.

Dining Experience

The dining experience is wonderful, akin to going out to dinner in a nice restaurant. We would love for you to come have a meal with us!

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Our executive director is very responsive to the needs of our residents and families. You can find him walking the community throughout the day and during meals.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our policy on communication with residents' families involves keeping them updated about their loved ones' well-being through regular updates and open lines of communication.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Currently, we do not offer short-term or respite stays due to availability. However, we only require a 30-day notice in our Assisted Living and a 60-day notice in Independent Living for changes.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community, depending on the type of animal and the resident's ability to fully care for it.

Vaccination Services

We conduct annual flu clinics, though covid vaccinations were not offered in the last clinic.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place for the most part, but there may be instances where transitioning to a nursing home is necessary. This would require a more in-depth discussion in person.

Availability

We do have some availability, depending on the level of care and size of the apartment you are looking for.
