Transition Support Services

Our Member welcoming committee assists new residents in transitioning into the community, offering events such as "Table for 8" dinner parties and Happy hour events at our wine and beer lounge.

Transportation Services

All local transportation, including trips for shopping and medical visits, is included in the monthly rent.

Dining Experience

We offer three dining venues: The Depot, Taboon, and The Gallery, each providing a unique dining experience. Our dining director and head chef were trained by Michelin star chefs, ensuring high-quality, fresh meals daily.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents are encouraged to speak with the department director regarding complaints, with the option to escalate to our Executive director if necessary.

Cost of Living

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain communication with the responsible party designated by the resident, updating them on incidents, concerns, and general well-being. Care conferences are held every six months or upon a change in condition.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays with costs starting at $225 + care per night for a studio, and $250 + care per night for a one-bedroom, with a minimum stay of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days.

Pet-Friendly Community

We welcome pets based on temperament, without the requirement for them to be licensed service animals.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

We host a flu shot clinic and provide transportation for Covid vaccinations to a doctor or pharmacy as needed.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place with certain exceptions related to physical mobility and the need for specialized memory care. We have a waiting list for our memory care wing but availability in our Independent and Assisted Living apartments.
