Could you provide an overview on the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
We have CNA’s and CMA’s here around the clock, we also have RN and LVN’s on staff and here during the day and available on call if the staff needs to consult with them. We do in services and continued training with them regularly.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
Each of our resident’s receives a pendant when they move in to press when they need assistance, we also have pull cords in every restroom and a check in system in place.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
Our Lifestyles team goes and welcomes new residents and orients them to the community, we also have resident ambassadors who help with orienting new residents to activities and things going on in the community and stop by to check in on them and see how they are settling in.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Yes, transportation within 10 miles of the community is included with their monthly rent.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
We have Savor which is our main dining room, they serve two different entrees for lunch as well as dinner and also provide an always available menu. Savor provides a great variety of options for our residents. We also have Saffron which is an option for dinner Wednesdays- Saturdays and offers a Mediterranean style dining experience. We have a pizza oven and can make any type of flat bread pizza and then there is a chef dinner special of the night in that culinary space as well. Things like Seared steak marinated in a Greek sauce, herb crusted lamb chops, bruschetta, French onion soup, and much more.
As an added bonus in our 2nd floor lobby we have a creamery called The Scoop which has 8 flavors of blue bell ice cream and fresh cakes from Kenny & Ziggy’s bakery.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
It would be addressed through our executive director.
What is the cost of living in your community?
This would depend on the apartment chosen, we have studio apartments that start off at $3750. This includes all utilities, cable & internet, weekly housekeeping, 3 meals a day, transportation within 10 miles, and all amenities and activities.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
This would be gone over upon moving in, we would get authorization from the resident as to who information can be shared with and the care team would put a plan in place to inform those family members of any changes in condition or trips to the hospital.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
Yes, we do, cost would vary depending on care needed but starts off at about $200 a night.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes, through our wellness center
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes, we are able to bring care to any apartment as needed and increase levels of care without a resident having to move into a separate wing or building.
