Overview on the Types of Professionals on Staff and Training

We have many different professionals in our building falling under various license types approved for hire under a Washington Assisted Living license, including but not limited to, RNs, LVNs, LPNs, CNAs, HCAs for our healthcare team. All undergo training designated and required by WAC Chapter 388-78A.

Measures to Ensure the Safety and Well-Being of Residents

Safety measures include a securely accessible building with all guests signing in and out of our front desk. Care and safety measures determined on an individual basis for residents is determined by their nursing assessment, and is individualized per resident.

Resources and Support Services for Transition into the Community

Some residents benefit from a one on one companion, at their own expense, during the transition to the community. We offer a list of resources for those who provide these services.

Transportation Services for Residents

Yes, transportation is available on a first come, first served basis and is complimentary within a 5 mile radius.

Dining Experience

Meals in our assisted living are included and are served restaurant-style in our dining room, prepared by our chef daily.

Process for Addressing Complaints or Issues

Our grievance process is coordinated through our Executive Director.

Communication with Resident's Families

Residents' POAs are communicated with in an open and honest forum. All communication is overseen by the Executive Director.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

Respite stays are available in our assisted living and memory care for periods of 14-30 days. Costs are determined by level of need via the pre-admission assessment.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Yes.

Aging in Place

Yes, however, if Memory Care is needed and recommended for our residents, a move to our secure memory care floor will be warranted in these cases.

The Watermark at Bellevue

The Watermark at Bellevue is a newly-opened community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Currently, we do not have a waitlist for any of our buildings.
