Overview of Our Staff and Training
Our Independent Living Community is staffed by a dedicated team of professionals, each overseeing their respective departments. Our team includes a Dining Director, Activity Director, Business Director, Housekeeping Supervisor, Maintenance Director, Sales Director (Associate Administrator), and our Executive Director. While we do not have extensive training or medical staff, each director is responsible for the oversight and training of their department staff to ensure the highest quality of service and care.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents by implementing strict security measures. Our community is gated, with access strictly controlled and not disclosed to anyone, including residents. Main doors are locked at a predetermined time daily, and our concierge conducts building walks after hours to ensure safety and security.
Transition Support Services
To aid residents in their transition into our community, we offer various programs designed to familiarize them with our directors and the day-to-day operations within the community. These programs are tailored to ensure a smooth and comfortable adjustment period for all new residents.
Transportation Services
Our community provides scheduled transportation services to accommodate the needs of our residents, ensuring they have access to necessary appointments and activities outside our community.
Dining Experience
We offer a restaurant-style dining experience, providing three meals per day with several options available for each meal. Our dedicated waitstaff is always ready to serve our residents, ensuring a pleasant dining experience every day.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Our team of directors, including our Executive Director, is always available to address any complaints, issues, or suggestions from our residents. We encourage open communication and also provide a suggestion/comment box for those who prefer to communicate their concerns anonymously.
Cost of Living
The starting rate for living in our community is $2075, providing an affordable option for independent living.
Communication with Residents' Families
Keeping families informed about their loved ones' well-being is a priority for us. We proactively reach out if there are any changes or concerns regarding a resident's condition and promptly notify emergency contacts in case of an emergency.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer short-term or respite stays with a minimum duration of two weeks. The cost includes a nonrefundable fee of $350 and a daily rate of $125.
Pet-Friendly Community
Our community is pet-friendly, allowing residents to have up to two pets.
Waitlist Information
We currently have a waitlist for certain floorplans. Our community offers 10 different floorplans to meet the diverse needs and preferences of our residents.
Vaccination Clinics
We facilitate the administration of Covid and flu vaccinations through annual clinic dates, ensuring our residents have convenient access to these important vaccines.
