Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training

Our team includes a diverse range of directors overseeing various departments such as Executive, Sales, Business, Activities, Maintenance, Transportation, Housekeeping, and Dining Services. Additionally, we have front desk staff, maintenance staff, housekeeping staff, dining services staff, and an on-site home care company, Phoenix Home Care, providing unlicensed caregivers and occasional nursing visits. Training for each department includes annual and ongoing monthly sessions to ensure our staff is well-prepared to serve our residents.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we hold daily morning meetings with department heads and the Executive Director, weekly meetings with Phoenix leadership, and have a mealtime process to account for all residents. Each resident is provided with an emergency pendant, and we conduct monthly safety meetings, fire, and weather drills regularly.

Support Services for New Residents

Our Care Connect program is designed to help new residents integrate and acclimate into the community through the support of staff and resident ambassadors.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation services Monday through Friday, with no maximum on transportation. Tuesdays are reserved for group outings to various destinations.

Dining Experience

Our dining room operates from 7AM-6PM with restaurant-style service. Residents have the option of a special entrée or an always available menu, with over 90% of our food made from scratch by our chef, Aaron Brooks.

Resident Complaint Process

Residents can address their complaints directly to the Executive Director, Kelly Snyder, who maintains an open-door policy and is regularly available within the community.

Cost of Living

Our monthly rates include all amenities, with studios starting at $2400, 1 Bedroom at $2775, and 2 Bedrooms at $3500.

Communication with Residents' Families

Kelly Snyder communicates regularly with residents' families through monthly emails, additional community-wide updates, and individual communications as needed.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term stays with a minimum of 2 weeks, with daily rates of $125 or monthly rates ranging from $2400 to $3500 depending on the apartment size.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community welcomes pets weighing 25 lbs. or less.

Waitlist Information

We currently have a waitlist for large 2-bedroom apartments, small studios, and medium 1 bedrooms, with availability in other areas.

Vaccination Services

While we offer flu vaccinations annually, Covid vaccinations are not currently provided in the community.

Aging in Place

As an aging in place community, we offer additional services through Phoenix Home Care to support residents as their needs evolve, including medication management, personal care, and more, billed in 15-minute increments.
