Overview on Staff

We employ a full-time Resident Care Coordinator (LPN) who is on-site primarily from Monday to Friday and on call during nights and weekends. Additionally, we have unlicensed resident care aides certified to assist our seniors with self-administered medications. This certification involves a 6-hour class initially, followed by an annual update.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our community is gated and secured each night at 8 PM, with security cameras throughout the property. Each villa is equipped with emergency pull cords in the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen that alert on-site staff when activated. We have 3 full-time resident care aides (RCAs) on-site 24 hours a day.

Resident Transition Support

We have a Resident Services Coordinator who greets residents at move-in, alongside myself. Depending on the support needed by the resident, we align ourselves with partners in various areas to provide the necessary assistance.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation to scheduled medical appointments within a 10-mile radius of our community. Additionally, we have scheduled trips to local shopping centers, parks, and events.

Dining Experience

We offer 3 meals a day in a restaurant-style dining room. Our menus are pre-planned and approved by a dietician.

Complaint and Issue Resolution Process

We have an internal grievance policy where complaints are submitted to the Administrator and responded to within 72 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached, we can utilize an Ombudsman representative as a mediator.

Communication with Families

We communicate with each resident’s legal representative to keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays with a 3-day minimum at a rate of $150 per day.

Pet Policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. Our policy includes a limit of 2 pets, each weighing between 2 and 25 lbs. Birds are also acceptable.

Waitlist Information

Whether we have a waitlist depends on the size of the unit and the level of care required.

Vaccinations

Yes, residents are able to get COVID vaccinations and flu vaccinations in the community.

Aging in Place

Our goal is to enable residents to age in place. However, we do not offer a secured dementia unit or a skilled nursing setting.
