The Village of Westland does accept some Section 8 programs. Please inquire about the information needed to qualify. Programs are not ran by Village of Westland but require a working partnership with us.

Double Occupancy: $383 additional.

Application Fee: Non-refundable $350.

Administrative/Move-in Fee: $600 non-refundable which covers the administrative costs associated with the rental, move-in, and cleaning costs.

Pet Fee: $400 non-refundable.

*pet vaccinations records are required at the time the pet moves in.
