Fee Schedule

License Prices start at:

• Small Cottage $365,000
• Large Cottage $400,000

Pricing may vary based on location of Cottage and features, such as finishes, hardwood flooring, appliances, three season room, etc.

90% refund is provided 90 days after Resident vacates the unit and moves to Lodge, or maximum of 270 days after vacating the unit.

Monthly Service Fee $1,500

Monthly Service Fee includes:

• Property Taxes
• Water / Sewer
• Trash pick-up
• Snow removal
• Landscaping
• Maintenance (according to license agreement)
• Repair/replacement of appliances, if needed
• Programming/Activities
• Clubhouse with heated pool

• Interior Maintenance $25 per hour (For services beyond license agreement)
• Laundry $25 per load
• Meals at the Lodge

• Beauty Salon Fees established by provider.
• Emergency Call System Fees established by provider.

Additional Information:

• Heating is gas, forced hot air.
• Central air conditioning
• Stoves may be gas or electric.
• All units are equipped with washer/dryer.
• Expanded basic cable is available at a charge of $50/month.
• Small pets are welcome (under 20 pounds)
