Memory Care Apartments
Our Memory Care apartments are all studios. Having both levels of care allow our residents to Age in Place “if” a transition to higher level of care is necessary, allowing The Village to continue to be their home. Monthly rental rates range from $10,435 to $13,070 per month, (additional $2,000 second resident fee per month) with no “buy-in” fee. Additional fees include: a non-refundable $500 fee for each pet, and a non-refundable one-time community fee of $4,250 per apartment.

Overview of Professionals and Training
We have licensed nurses at the community 24 hours a day. We also have a Director of Health Services and Assistant Director – both RN’s. Our Executive Director has been with LCS for 18 years and has a Master’s Degree in Health Finance and Management and is a licensed administrator. Our Memory Care Director is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. All employees are required to attend a three-day Heartfelt Connections training to better educate our staff about senior’s and their needs. All combined we have a wealth of experience amongst our Team.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Safety is our number one priority here at The Village. Is there anything specifically that you are interested in?
Transition Support Services
Yes, we have in-house therapy resources which are covered by your insurance. Once you have committed, I am your contact during the entire admission process to allow for a smooth transition and introduction to the community and our residents.
Transportation Services
Yes, we have a shuttle that is available Monday – Friday. We reserve the shuttle on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays for medical appointments and Tuesday and Thursday are outing days.
Dining Experience
Our dining is restaurant style in the Windsor Dining Room. We offer three meals a day as well as our bistro has beverages and lighter fare. We offer a full breakfast in the morning and a daily special menu with a full menu on the backside available for lunch and dinner. I have attached examples.
Resident Complaints and Issues
Depending on what the issue is you would take your concern to the Manager or Director of the department, and if not satisfied to the Executive Director. Note: Prior to your arrival we conduct a Round Table that allows you and your family/friends to meet with the entire leadership team.
Cost of Living
Rates are based on the size of the apartment in Assisted Living and start at $10,435 per month.
Communication with Residents' Families
You decide how communication is relayed. Every resident is unique and we tailor your care plan around what you request and what your needs are.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Due to 100% occupancy, at this time we are not offering respite care.
Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, we accept pets in Assisted Living. We have a roof-top dog walk as well as a fully equipped pet grooming room. There is a $500 pet fee.
Waitlist Information
Yes, we do have a waitlist.
Covid and Flu Vaccinations
Since COVID began we have conducted flu clinics here at The Village when a new vaccine is available.
Age in Place
Yes, The Village is an “age in place” model. Our goal is to make our community the resident’s final home. As far as the waitlist, it depends on what model apartment you are interested in.
Community Overview
Our beautiful 87,000 square foot community houses 80 apartments, 50 of which are assisted living and 30 are memory care. Options for assisted living include 1-bedroom, a 1-bedroom deluxe (more square footage), and 2-bedroom apartments ranging from 300 to 870 square feet. Our Memory Care apartments are all studios. Amenities & Services
The rent includes three meals per day, as well as snacks, weekly housekeeping, laundry service, transportation, plus all utilities except telephone, salon and spa services, and guest meals. You also have access to all of our specially designed lifestyle amenities, including a full-scale movie theater, gym, salon/spa, a live performance space, a fully appointed art studio, a fifth-floor pub, terrace and conservatory, a complete gourmet kitchen, and more.
Healthcare and Assistance
In addition, we provide 24/7 licensed nursing care, assistance with daily life tasks, and help with medication management. We also allow cats and dogs in our assisted living apartments as well as visits from family pets because we know how important pets are to some of our residents.
Location Benefits
The Village at White River Junction is nestled within the village with several excellent restaurants, shops, and art galleries; all within walking distance. In addition, Northern Stage Theater, Shaker Bridge Theater, and Briggs Opera House are our neighbors.
