Overview of Village at Woodlands Waterway
Village at Woodlands Waterway is a senior living community that offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. The community holds a Class B license for assisted and memory care, indicating that it is not a skilled nursing facility.
Pet Policy
Pets up to 35 pounds are welcome at the community, with no breed restrictions.
Transportation and Amenities
Residents can enjoy complimentary transportation within a 10-mile radius, available seven days a week. The community provides free housekeeping services, including cleaning of restrooms and kitchens, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and changing and washing sheets. All maintenance and utilities, including heating, air conditioning, and electric, are included. The community offers three meals a day, with brunch on Sundays for independent living residents and three meals a day for assisted living and memory care residents. The dining is restaurant-style with a menu that changes weekly and an everyday menu for comfort food options.
Location and Accessibility
The community is situated on the Woodlands Waterway, offering great views from many apartments and is centrally located to local attractions. It is the only residential stop on the Woodlands Trolley, which arrives every 15 minutes.

A robust calendar of activities is available for all levels of care, including a social hour Monday through Friday with live entertainment on Fridays.

The community boasts full-time nursing, including an RN on staff and LVNs available 24 hours a day, which is more nursing coverage than many local competitors.
