Cost of Living

The cost varies depending on the level of care a resident requires. Typically, a studio apartment with Level 1 care starts at $4,300/month, all-inclusive. This includes all meals, medication management, weekly housekeeping, laundry, cable, wifi, etc.

Communication with Families

For urgent health concerns, we contact families immediately. Other updates about the community and residents' well-being are communicated via email.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Currently, we only offer memory care respite stays at $300/day.

Pet-Friendly Policy

We are a pet-friendly community and even have a dedicated pet park.

Vaccinations

We frequently organize flu and COVID-19 vaccination clinics for our residents.

Aging in Place

Our community supports the concept of aging in place, allowing residents to remain in their familiar environment as their care needs evolve. Currently, our community is at full capacity, but we anticipate openings in the near future.
