Overview of Staff Professionals and Training

Our facility does not employ medical staff. All employees are required to participate in monthly training classes set forth by our management team.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

We have an emergency pull cord installed in all apartments and garden homes. Residents also have the option to purchase an emergency pendant. Additionally, all employees must participate in monthly training classes.

Resources and Support Services for New Residents

We have an ambassador program designed to help new residents transition into our community. Each new resident is assigned an ambassador at the time of move-in. The ambassador, another resident who has been here for a while, will assist with orientation, answer questions, and ensure the new resident is comfortable and getting to meals. The ambassador supports the new resident for about a week.

Transportation Services

Yes sir, we do offer transportation services for residents.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is restaurant-style, meaning there are no buffet lines. A server will take your order and bring your food to you. We provide three meals a day, with lunch being the largest meal as many residents prefer not to go to bed on a heavy stomach.

Complaint Resolution Process

Residents with complaints or issues can come directly to me, the Executive Director. We will address the issue immediately. If the issue cannot be resolved internally, residents have the option to reach out to our management company.

Cost of Living

Pricing varies depending on the type of unit chosen: - Studios start at $3150. - One-bedroom units range from $3600 to $4700 based on size (525 sq ft – 936 sq ft). - Two-bedroom, two-bath garden homes start at $5250. - Two-bedroom, two-bath patio homes start at $4715.

Policy on Communication with Residents' Families

If a resident is hurt, sick, or experiences a fall with injuries, we immediately notify the family.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We usually offer a respite room, but currently, no rooms are available. The cost is based on a daily rate, dependent upon the unit.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Yes sir, we are a pet-friendly community.

Current Waitlist Status

Yes sir, we currently have a waitlist for our studios and one-bedroom units.

Vaccination Services

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community through a local pharmacy that visits our facility.

Aging in Place Policy

Residents are allowed to age in place to a certain extent. They may bring in-home care to assist with their needs and can remain "home" on hospice, as long as they are safe and their needs are being met. Memory impairment cases may require transitioning the resident to a Memory Care (MC) community.
