Pricing is effective January 1, 2023 and is subject to change. *Entrance fee descriptions can be found on the back.

The Village at Rockville offers three different entrance fee types:

• Traditional Declining Balance Entrance Fee: 10% initial reduction of total entrance fee amount upon move-in, remaining declines in full over a period of five years or 60 months at 1.5% per month off the total entrance fee amount
• 50% Refundable Entrance Fee: 10% initial reduction of total entrance fee amount upon move-in, additional 40% declines over a period of approximately 30 months at 1.5% per month on the 90% balance, 50% of total remains
• 90% Refundable Entrance Fee: 10% initial reduction of total entrance fee amount upon move-in, no further decline, 90% of total remains
