Our caregivers and med techs are all certified by the state and receive additional training once they start working at our community.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our residents are very safe and don’t feel threatened. We conduct quarterly disaster drills, routinely check resident call lights and sensors, and keep our doors locked after hours. For more detailed information, we encourage a direct conversation with our executive director.

Transition Support Services

We offer a welcome program for new residents, including a welcome packet and a flower program where department heads meet the new resident within 72 hours. Additionally, a peer resident welcomes them to the community and checks in on them after their move.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation to local stores, attractions, and doctors’ appointments from Tuesday to Thursday.

Dining Experience

Our dining program operates from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, offering daily special menus and a standard everyday menu with staple items.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can address issues through various outlets, including an open-door policy across departments, weekly read comment and suggestion cards, monthly town halls, and monthly family calls by department heads.

Cost of Living

1-bedroom apartments start at $5000, and 2-bedroom apartments start at $6000, with prices varying based on size and location.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our executive director maintains an open-door policy and communicates with residents and their emergency contacts through emails and monthly family calls.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays, recommending a month-to-month lease with a 30-day notice due to the higher cost of shorter stays.

Pet-Friendly Community

We are a pet-friendly community.

Waitlist Information

We have a waitlist for specific apartments within our community.

Vaccination Clinics

Our director of assisted living organizes regular vaccine clinics for Covid and flu vaccinations with the help of a pharmacy.

Aging in Place

Our community allows residents to age in place through end of life, thanks to our fully directed license of care and commingled community setup.
