We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents through a program that includes regular check-ins throughout the day, individualized care plans, and a pendant system for residents to request help when needed.
Transition Support Services
To aid in the transition into our community, we offer a pre-move in meeting with our team and assign a CNA to assist new residents, showing them around and helping them settle in. We also facilitate dining companionships with like-minded residents.
