Overview of Staff and Training
Our facility is staffed daily with a comprehensive team including LPNs, RNs, aides, housekeeping, dietary staff, laundry personnel, and multiple management members during the week. However, management is not present in the facility on weekends. Our staff undergoes rigorous training to ensure the highest quality of care and support for our residents.
Safety and Well-being Measures
While we do not have a locked unit or specialty memory care unit, we accommodate residents with memory issues and implement measures to manage fall risks, such as using fall mats and lowering beds. Our facility is equipped with mag-locked doors and a key-coded elevator to enhance security and safety. We maintain vigilant oversight of residents, especially those at risk of falls.
Transition and Support Services
We offer social services and a behavioral health group for psychiatric services to aid residents' transition into our community. For residents on hospice, additional support services are available.
Transportation Services
Transportation is provided for appointments, with the option for a staff member to accompany residents if needed. Families are encouraged to participate in appointments and can also utilize our transport services for other activities.
