Overview of Staff and Training

We have an Executive Director who is CORE certified. Our Director of Wellness oversees all our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s) and conducts weekly and monthly training meetings to ensure care for our residents surpasses state guidelines. Additionally, various doctors visit our residents for house calls.

Safety and Well-Being Measures for Residents

All Assisted Living (AL) residents receive a GPS Alert Pendant, while Independent Living (IL) residents can obtain one for a small monthly fee. Each room is equipped with emergency pull switches, and the community is monitored by video cameras throughout the property. A nighttime rover patrols the halls to ensure resident safety and security.

Support Services for Transitioning into the Community

We connect residents with three or four exemplary support service companies that manage floor plan layout, packing, and moving, at the resident's expense. Our maintenance team aids in hanging pictures, setting up cable, and installing TVs.

Yes, we offer transportation services for residents.

Dining Experience

Meals are served restaurant-style with a server. The menu changes daily, and repeats only every 5-6 weeks. We use cloth table coverings and napkins and have an “Always Available Menu.” Additionally, our bistro features a separate menu.

Our Executive Director has an open-door policy. Residents can voice concerns at any time. Monthly Town Hall Meetings encourage residents to discuss any issues.
