Our staff includes Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are certified in dementia training. All staff members undergo rigorous training to ensure they are equipped to provide the highest level of care.

Safety and Emergency Training

We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents by providing emergency training to all staff. Additionally, the Fire Department conducts monthly training sessions at our facility.

Transition Support Services

Our staff is trained to assist residents, particularly those in Memory Care, with their transition into the community. However, there is no formal support for Independent residents.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation services for our residents within a 12-mile radius of our community.

Dining Experience

Residents can enjoy a restaurant-style dining experience with a set menu and two daily specials for both morning and evening meals.

Addressing Resident Complaints and Issues

Residents can approach our Director of Hospitality with any issues. We also have an active resident council and the Resident Director (RD) maintains an open-door policy.

The cost of living in our community starts at $7,600, varying based on the apartment chosen.

Communication with Residents' Families

As an Independent Living community with 24/7 nursing support, we keep families informed through community update emails and encourage them to reach out to the appropriate Director for updates.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do not offer short-term or respite stays at our community.

Pet-Friendly Community

We are a pet-friendly community in all areas except Memory Care, where pets are welcome to visit.

Waitlist Information

We currently have a waitlist for larger apartments and Memory Care units.

Our luxurious and spacious apartments offer an ideal setting for those who are looking for a relaxed and comfortable retirement lifestyle. We offer a variety of floor plans to choose from, and each apartment is designed with seniors in mind, with features like walk-in closets, recessed lighting, and plenty of storage space.

Pricing

Our pricing starts at $8100.00 in Independent Living and $7600.00 in Assisted Living. We also have a Mezzanine Level which is between Assisted Living and Memory Care.
