MONTHLY RATES – ASSISTED LIVING

Second occupant fee: $1,200 a month

Community Fee: $5,000. The community fee is non-refundable once resident takes financial occupancy and rental agreement is signed. This fee is a one-time, non-recurring fee.

ASSISTED LIVING SERVICES LEVELS OF CARE

Services included in the base rate

• Medication management (1 to 8 medications)
• Reminders for life enrichment programs and meals
• Assistance with dressing, bathing/showering 3 times per week

Enhanced $950

• Includes base services, plus the following services:
• Medication management (9 to 15 medications)
• Escort assistance to and from dining room and activities
• Assistance with dressing and grooming daily

Premium $1,350

• Includes base and enhanced services, plus the following services:
• Medication management (16 or more medications)
• Assistance with bathing/showering up to 5 times per week
• Transfer assistance
• Incontinence care with Premium (supplies not included) $500

Additional services offered:

• Insulin management $400
• Medication management (9 to 15 medications) $500
• Medication management (16 or more medications) $750
• Incontinence care (supplies not included) $750
• Assistance with dressing and grooming daily $600
• Escort assistance to and from the dining room and activities $500
• Enhanced Dignified Dining $500

Memory Care Community Services and amenities included in monthly rent:

• All utilities except telephone, cable, Internet
• Flexible, gourmet dining
• Three meals per day
• Weekly housekeeping with linens washed and changed, and as needed
• 24-hour staffing
• Secured with access control and cameras
• Technology for safety and care
• Licensed nursing
• Wireless departure alert system
• Scheduled transportation – physician appointments
• Routine and preventive apartment maintenance
• Strolling garden/terrace
• Diverse activity calendar
• Fitness programs
• Access to on-site healthcare & physical therapy services
• Medication management (1 to 15 medications)
• Reminders for activities and meals
• Assistance with bathing three times per week, and as needed
• Daily assistance with dressing and grooming

Services and amenities available for an additional fee:

• On-site access to medical specialists such as audiologist and podiatrist
• Physical Therapy Center
• Therapy pool with underwater treadmill
• On-site health screenings and flu shots
• Enhanced Medication Administration (16 or more medications) $750
• Enhanced Dining $500
• Incontinence Care (supplies not included) $750
• Insulin Management $400

We are currently at 100 percent occupancy; however, we all know that can change daily!

About Our Waiting List

We prioritize our Independent Living residents for available apartments in either community. Also, we have an outside waitlist as well. Let me clarify that WE DO NOT HOLD APARTMENTS. Our process includes making an offer when an apartment becomes available, and we allow a certain amount of time (usually 24 to 48 hours) for a “yes” or “no” decision, then move along to the next person.

With that said, it is possible and happens often, that a family moves a loved one in who has not been on our list.
