Includes base and enhanced services, plus the following services:

• Medication management (16 or more medications)
• Assistance with bathing/showering up to 5 times per week
• Transfer assistance
• Incontinence care with Premium (supplies not included) $250

MONTHLY RATES – ASSISTED LIVING

Second occupant fee: $1,000 a month

Community Fee: $5,000. The community fee is non-refundable once resident takes financial occupancy and rental agreement is signed. This fee is a one-time, non-recurring fee.

Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our facility is staffed with a Health Care Director, Nurse Directors for Assisted Living and Memory Care, and charge nurses available 24/7. Our nurses are Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs). We also employ Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Medication Technicians. All staff undergo rigorous training to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have installed cameras throughout the facility and have campus security available 24/7.

Transition Support Services

Our Director of Community Relations assists residents with their transition into the community, acting as a liaison for families. Additionally, we have a psychologist who provides support as needed.

Transportation Services

YES, we offer transportation services for our residents within a 10-mile radius of our community, Monday through Friday.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is lovely, featuring a diverse menu with plenty of options. We serve our residents restaurant-style, complete with soft music, delicious food, and great companionship.

Resident Complaints and Issues

Residents can talk directly to the Nurse Directors or the Health Care Director to address any complaints or issues. Our Director of Communication and I are also available. We believe communication is vital to the well-being of our residents.

Cost of Living

The starting base price for a studio apartment is $7045, and for a one-bedroom apartment, it's $8295 monthly. Levels of care beyond the base are determined by a nurse assessment prior to move-in. A one-time community fee of $5000 is also applicable.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain open communication with residents' families, providing updates on their loved ones' well-being as needed. Families have access to our cell numbers and can call anytime or schedule a conference if necessary.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays when available, at a cost of $300 per day.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community for small dogs under 25lbs, provided the resident can take care of them or arrange for someone to come several times daily.
