• The Summit of Bettendorf is a WellSpire community, a partnership between Genesis Health System and WesleyLife Active Life Community. WesleyLife has 75 years’ experience with roots in Des Moines and the pioneer of senior living in Iowa.
• Independent Living Residents have priority access to assisted living, memory support assisted living, short term rehab and long–term care, should they ever be needed.
• There are 13 different floor plans, all with deck or patio, some with sunrooms and each with a full kitchen and brand new appliances, and a full-size washer/dryer in each apartment.
• Choices: Lease Option with the Monthly Service Fee based on the size of the apartment. They range from $3,566-$5,538. This would include a one-time community fee of $3000 upon entry.
• Second option is Legacy Fee, or entry fee also based on the size of the apartment home/floor plan. They range from $115,000-$338,000. (This option provides a discounted monthly service fee). 90% of the Legacy Fee is refunded upon receipt of new Legacy fee.
• A second person fee for all apartments is $825/month.

Both Options include:

• Twice monthly housekeeping with linen service
• All utilities including electric, water, basic cable, landline, public WiFi
• One underground parking spot
• Onsite storage
• Health/Wellness recreation that include yoga, pickleball, cardio, fitness classes, use of gym equipment, and state-of-the-art golf simulator
• Social and cultural fulfillment and entertainment
• Flex spend credits in the amount of $300 per month ($600 per couple) is available to be used in the 4 different dining options including bistro, restaurant, fine dining, and rooftop bar. Flex credits can also be used in the salon and for guest dining.
• Scheduled transportation
