Safety and Well-being Measures

An Assisted Living resident a Level of Care determined prior to move-in by the Health and Wellness Director overseeing the Assisted Living. The Health and Wellness Director performs an assessment along with obtaining a Physician Health Statement completed by the residents Primary Care doctor. Based on the Assessment and PHS, we will determine the proper level of care.

Care Levels are from 1 to 8, $50 to $3350.

Transition Support Services

We have 12 resident Ambassador who will meet and greet and help the new residents get acclimated to their new environment. They will invite new residents to activities and other events.

Transportation Services

The Springs provide transportation in our 12-seat wheelchair lift and 2 separate cars. We provide transportation within 10 miles to doctors appointments, grocery stores, drug stores, and the post office. We do special outings to restaurants and the shopping malls too.

Dining Experience

Our restaurant has amazing food with many choices. We also have a pastry chef on staff.

Resident Complaints and Issues

Any complaints are taken care of by our concierge and given to the proper departments and addressed personally.
