Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Our staff includes RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Housekeeping staff, Life Enrichment Director, and Life Enrichment Assistants, as well as our leadership team. We have a weekend nurse supervisor and evening nurse supervisor. Our mentors undergo specialized Trilogy Standards training to guide newly hired nursing staff. We offer opportunities for staff education through dementia training, nurse aide training, licensed activity professional training, college education assistance, and more.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we implement regular rounding by nursing staff, ongoing staff training, daily leadership team rounding for each resident, partnership with our medical director, Dr. Reis, quality measures and improvement meetings, partnerships with local healthcare providers, in-house vaccinations, regular care conferences, and social services team support for safe discharges.
Transition Support Services
We have 2 social workers on staff who collaborate with local healthcare partners to ensure safe transitions into the community. Regular meetings with care partners ensure good communication.

Dining Experience
We provide 3 chef-prepared meals daily, snacks and drinks anytime, a specialty meal, an alternate café menu, a soup and salad bar at lunch and dinner, and in-room meal service if preferred.
Resident Complaint Process
Our resident concern system tracks and follows up on all resident concerns to ensure they are resolved timely and thoroughly. Concerns are addressed by the appropriate department and involve meetings with the resident and/or family.
Cost of Living
Our rates include room and board, utilities, cable and phone services, meals, housekeeping, activities, and laundry. Assisted Living is $4,749 per month or $189 per day for respite stays. Health Center is $309 per day for long-term care, $279 per day for rehab to home, and $359 per day for respite stays. We offer private apartments and have level of care rates based on resident needs. We accept Medicare, many insurances, and managed Medicare plans for short-term rehab, and Medicaid in our Health Center for long-term care if available.
Communication with Residents' Families
We have a family call program for regularly scheduled calls with each resident’s family, hold regular care conferences, and communicate any changes in functional abilities or care.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays. Costs are included in the cost of living section above.
Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community, though there may be an additional charge if staff care for the pet.
Waitlist Information
We currently have availability in our Assisted Living and Health Center. There is a waiting list for Medicaid apartments in our Health Center.
