Overview of Staff and Training

Our facility staff includes a range of professionals who undergo state-mandated training for their respective positions. Training is recorded and includes pre-floor work, on-the-job training, and continuous education. Staff are trained in CPR, AED, first aid, fire drills, and more. Health services staff complete CARES training on topics such as dementia and infection control. Our team includes an LPN, Registered Nurse, Licensed Health Services Administrator, and Executive Director, many of whom have over a decade of experience.

Resident Safety and Well-being

We ensure resident safety through staff training, emergency response preparedness, and safety features like bathroom pull cords and emergency pendants. We conduct regular checks on residents, have 24-hour staffing, and secure building access to maintain a safe environment.

Support Services for New Residents

New residents receive support through our Welcome Committee, new resident orientation, and social events like Happy Hour. We provide personalized support based on individual needs to help with the transition into our community.

Transportation Services

We offer medical transportation within a 15-mile radius, as well as a weekly shopping shuttle, outing opportunities, and scenic drives for all residents.

Dining Experience

Our community features two dining rooms and a pub, offering open seating and restaurant-style service with monthly menu changes. Meal plans vary for Independent, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residents. Resident committees provide feedback to our Food and Beverage Director and Executive Chef.

Addressing Resident Complaints and Issues

Residents can speak with any staff member or directly with department directors to address concerns. We have open-door policies and various forums for residents to provide feedback and have their issues resolved.

Cost of Living

Costs vary by living option and room size, with Independent Living starting at $4,750, Assisted Living at $5,850 (plus care), and Memory Care at $8,100 (plus care). Care levels are tailored to individual needs and are private pay only.

Communication with Residents' Families

Communication methods include calls, emails, and texts, with care plan meetings held quarterly or as needed. Resident Services Coordinators and Resident Relations teams keep families informed about their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do not offer respite stays at our community.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community with a 25 lb weight limit for dogs. A one-time $500 non-refundable pet deposit is required. We currently have availability in assisted living studios.
