We offer 2 different types of lifestyles living:

• Assisted Living: Apartments starting at $3,880 to $6,689 plus care, depending on individual care needs.
• Memory Care Support: Starting at $6,911, with care tailored to the personal needs of each resident.

The care we provide is based on the individuals’ personal needs.

Overview of Professional Staff and Training

We are ECC licensed with nursing staff and care staff on duty 24/7.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We have safety pendants, secure door system, and ongoing training of the staff.

Support Services for Residents' Transition

Yes, we have a house Doctor and medical team.

Dining Experience

We offer 3 meals per day, with residents having the option for scheduled times and also offer ALL day dining restaurant style from 7 am to 6:30 pm.

Resident Complaint Process

First the resident makes their complaint to the proper department, then it is discussed with the Executive Director.

Cost of Living

Usually there is a modest increase each year between 3 to 5 percent.

Communication with Residents' Families

There is a resident portal that families can access for that information, or they can communicate with nursing anytime.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer 30-day respites at $225 per day.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, there is a pet fee, and the resident or family member must be able to care for the pet.

Yes, residents are able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community.

We hold an ECC license and have 24/7 nursing and care staff, with this license we can handle higher levels of care including a sliding scale & Oxygen regulation, which to you means You could move in and truly age in place!
